Description

Join us for two days of joyful exploration at Extending Grace in Hubbard, Ohio.

During this two day creative journey, Lynne from ellen j goods will share techniques with mixed media using decoupage, stencils, papers, acrylic paints,  inks, gesso, and other mediums to complete 3-4 art journal pages. Each page focuses on different techniques, using the same color pallet to create completely different looks. 

Your registration includes :
-art journal
-basic mediums
-papers that we will use during the workshop. 
We’re also excited to announce that registered participants will also have the option of securing  a set of stencils created by Lynne just for this event at a discounted rate. 🙂
 
We  ask you to supply your own:
-brushes in assorted sizes ( round #3, #6, flat brushes in various sizes, a 1” flat brush for collage medium)
-scissors
-pallet knife 
-Raw Umber Liquitex Acrylic Ink (Amazon or Hobby Lobby)
-Stabilo All Black Pencil (Amazon or Hobby Lobby)
-White Posca Pen (Amazon or Hobby Lobby)
-Baby wipes
-Misting spray bottle
-Additional acrylic paints if you want something other than the ones we provide ( we are working with a limited pallet of neutrals, magenta and blue) Please note: Lynne will teach from the course colors and cannot provide additional instruction for colors other than those used in class.

We’re excited to offer these two days of creative exploration, great food, and fellowship with other creatives. 

Once you’ve registered, You will be invited to a Facebook private group for more details where we’ll give you up to date info and inspiration. We’ll give you all the details in the group as well! 

We are limiting the class to 20 participants, but we must have 10 to hold the workshop. If we do not reach the minimum by September 15, 2023, your fees will be refunded.

Extending Grace is located in the middle of downtown Hubbard, OH. There is abundant parking in the city lot across the street.

We do require that you fill in all information so we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your reservation.

All supplies will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

*THIS EVENT RESERVATION IS NON REFUNDABLE* unless we need to refund the fees due to cancellation. 

You are responsible for your own hotel accommodations. Devon is working on a special rate with a local hotel, and you will be informed of such in the FB group. The Hubbard/ Youngstown area has some wonderful accommodations. Let us know if you need some suggestions. We are located halfway between Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

And if your spouse is a golfer and wants to travel with you, our area is famous for its affordable, beautiful golf courses and restaurants  that will keep them busy while you’re creating!
