In this workshop, students explore the craft of creating signature pancake and scone mixes—designed to be gifted, stored, or baked on demand—along with a  flavored syrups and compound butters that transform simple bakes into holiday showstoppers.
Participants learn how to blend dry mixes with the right balance of structure, tenderness, and seasonal aromatics.
We’ll cover classic bases, gingerbread‑spiced variations, cranberry‑orange scone blends, and fluffy pancake mixes infused with warm winter notes like cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
To elevate every bite, the class dives into small‑batch syrup making—think maple‑chai, spiced cranberry, and vanilla spice—plus richly whipped compound butters such as honey‑cinnamon, orange‑cardamom, and savory herb for those who love a sweet‑and‑savory holiday table.
By the end, each participant leaves with:

  •  Seasonal scone blends
  • one flavored syrup
  • one compound butter
  • A printable recipe packet and gifting ideas for holiday baskets, along with demos on how to make decorative labels

The workshop is limited to 8 participants.

We are keeping it small so we can give you great personal attention. If you are sick, please call us and reschedule.

We do require that you fill in all information so we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your reservation.
All materials will be provided the day of the workshop.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (extendinggraceshop@gmail.com) or call at 330-568-4590 to cancel. If you are a “no show” for a workshop for which you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
